Olek is your trusted, inspired and empathetic movement enthusiast.

Currently studying to become an exercise physiologist, Olek lives and breathes the biomechanics of movement. Whether it’s for elite sport, having a boogie, or even going for a stroll, Olek seeks to understand the most impactful way to move.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, an athlete, healthy or injured; Olek’s passion and commitment to his clients will ensure you reach your physical and mental potential, all while falling in love with the process of achieving your goals.

training philosophy

We only have one body. We can and should love it. We need to recognise how capable we are. We can all be strong and athletic. We can all use movement to express and shape our enjoyment in life. Starting with the fundamentals and slowly building up complexity and capacity is our way to make our journey through life as fun and easy as possible.

  • Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

  1. I have been described to be the most patient person by a large number of people.
